Hi Sarah, that's a great habit of yours to read every night to help yourself fall asleep, and is one I try to do as well. I was glad to learn as well that it helps you live longer, but even without knowing that I just enjoy reading. Is there a book that you're reading right now?

Reading has definitely boosted my confidence. I love when someone brings up a topic they enjoy and I can actually connect with them because I've learned about it in a book. Reading also helps me fall asleep and wake up:)
