I read every night to help me fall asleep because it helps me relax. I had no idea it actually helps people live longer until I read your blog post. That's great to see!

Reading has definitely boosted my confidence. I love when someone brings up a topic they enjoy and I can actually connect with them because I've learned about it in a book. Reading also helps me fall asleep and wake up:)
